Stolina Dobreva

Stolina Dobreva (Phd) was born in 1970 in Bourgas, Bulgaria. She finished the National School of Music “Lyubomir Pipkov” in Sofia, Bulgaria and graduated guitar and pedagogy in the “Staatliche Hochschule für Musik”, Freiburg, Germany in the class of Professor Sonja Prunnbauer with excellent success. Stolina had won second and third prizes at the National Guitar Competition in Chirpan in 1985 and 1987, third prize at the International Guitar Competition in Hof, Germany, and third prize at the First National Competition “Apolonia” – Sozopol, Bulgaria. She participated in master classes of Alvaro Pieri, Robert Brightmore, Carlo Domeniconi, Alexander Frauchi etc.
Stefan Trifan
Romania
One of the most prominent guitar teachers in Romania, Stefan Trifan, born in the small town of Roman, started playing the violin at age 6. He discovered the classical guitar by the age of 15 and began studying it professionally at the Ionel Țiganus class in the Fine Arts College in Piatra Neamț. In 1997, he began attending the newly formed classical guitar class of Constantin Andrei at the „Gheorghe Dima“ Music Academy in Cluj-Napoca, where he graduated from in 2003. In 2005 he received his Master’s Degree at the same institute and the Philosophy Doctor of Musical Arts title with “Summa Cum Laude” in 2012, under the guidance of prof. Pavel Puscas.
Nino D’Amico

Nino D’Amico (EUROSTRINGS ARTIST 2019/2020), was born in Ottaviano (Naples) on the 6th of May 1997, was graduated in Enogastronomic and began studying classical at the age of 12 directed by his father. Later, for more than 5 years had been followed by Prof. Marco Caiazza, known for his studies on the virtuoso technique for guitar, and was admitted to the Conservatory “San Pietro a Majella” in Naples (2013), where he became part of the class of Prof. Vincenzo Amabile. Nino has undertaken his first chamber music workshop held by the Professors Sergio and Dora Cantella in 2013. In April 2014 he took part in his first masterclass, with the Cuban composer, guitarist and conductor LEO BROUWER, and later, after a great period of study, he had the opportunity to attend various other masterclasses held by renowned Masters, such as Marco Caiazza, Giulio Tampalini, Frédéric Zigante, Aniello Desiderio, Andrea De Vitis, Antonio Rugolo, Gabriel Bianco, Peter Graneis, David Pavlovits, Csaki Andras, Giran Peter, Lucio Matarazzo, Giovanni Podera, Alvaro Pierri, Marcin Dylla, Fabio Zanon, Paolo Pegoraro and Christian Saggese, moreover, Throughout the course Eurostrings he has the precious opportunity to participate in numerous masterclasses, held by the great world-famous Masters, such as Rovshan Mamedkuliev, Anton Baranov, Tilman Hoppstock, Goran Krivokapic, Mats Bergstrom, Judicael Perroy, Andras Csaki, Anabel Montesinos and Zoran Dukic.
Bozhana Pavlova

Bozhana Pavlova was born in Pleven, Bulgaria. From 2003 to 2008 she studied guitar at the National Music School “Ljubomir Pipkov” in Sofia with Stolina Dobreva. After that continued her studies at Conservatory Vienna Private University in the class of Prof. Jorgos Panetsos. In 2015 she finished in excellence her Master’s degree in classical guitar. In addition, Bozhana has studied pedagogics for guitar at the University of Music and Performing Arts, Vienna with Prof. Walter Würdinger and now she is continuing her second Master’s degree in the class of Prof. Adriano Del Sal.
Bozhana is a laureate of a number of guitar competitions in Italy, Croatia, Albania, Bulgaria, Romania, Montenegro and Germany – 1st Prize at Pleven Guitar Festival 2015, 2nd Prize (1st not awarded) at Sarajevo International Guitar Festival, 2nd Prize at Niksic Guitar Festival 2014, 1st Prize at the international competition “Giovani Musicisti – Città di Treviso” 2013 in Italy for classical guitar and 3rd Prize in the category for contemporary music.

Graduated in national, music school “Dobri Hristov” 1998-2007 in guitar classes of Liuben Haralambiev, Sevdalin Stefanov and Neli Nedeva.
2007-2013 graduated bachelor in National Musical Academy “Pancho Vladigerov” (Sofia) in Rossen Balkanski’s guitar class. Boyan is a laureate of a number of guitar competitions. Played with orchestra:

Milena Valcheva

Milena Maneva-Valcheva was born in the city of Dobrich where she completed her secondary education and where she commenced her artistic and teaching career. In the year 1991 she graduated from the Academy of Music and Dance Arts – Plovdiv, with a Music Pedagogy major. In 2010 she earned a Doctor of Arts degree from the New Bulgarian University – Sofia. Since the autumn of 1991 and currently she has been working as a guitar teacher in the Dobrin Petkov National School of Music and Dance – Plovdiv. Since 1988 she has actively performed in a duo with her husband Valentin Valchev, giving concerts in Bulgaria, Denmark, England, Germany, Greece, Romania, Slovakia, France, Belgium, Turkey, Cyprus, Switzerland.
